I have learned what it takes to be successful in high volume, demanding firms. Over the last 10 years, I’ve become a leading case manager in the world of personal injury medical management and have developed structure and organization that, as applied to other professions, increases efficiency and optimizes profit.
I’ve had the pleasure to work with attorneys and support staff, medical providers, outsourced billing companies, personal brands, nonprofit foundations, and multimedia marketing companies. Across all of my clients, what sets C-Space Strategies apart from other consulting firms is the drive to always learn and improve.

Further, retainers offer a reliable approach to restoring order within your organization, from process review & improvement to employee coaching and management execution.
Retainers provide opportunities to reinforce your changed initiatives, review and measure KPIs, identify new opportunities for improvement as they arise, provide coaching and on-demand availability with Casey to help support your longterm success.
DETAILS:
Retainers are purchased in 3 or 6 month increments, pending availability.
Each month will include a report of successes and areas that require additional attention.
